In this workshop Michell Evans – The Grooming Tutor will give you lots of tips to help you work with a difficult dog without injury to the dog, yourself or your employees. There are many ways to manage yourself and the dog that has formed a negative opinion of the service being provided. Puppies, tiny toy breeds, and giant breeds should also be considered difficult. Michell will talk about equipment, skills and attitude. All three play a valuable role in providing services safely. She will also discuss how to charge for the added risk and time.
