Pets will be pets and injuries while under your care are not a matter of if, but a matter of when, so let’s have a discussion about what to do and how to handle these challenging situations. Let’s be frank, at times grooming and boarding can be full-contact activities. In this lecture, we will discuss how to protect yourself and the pets you care for as well as how to handle these delicate owner conversations.
