Leslie Burgreen Waldrep is an international award-winning abstract design and extreme creative groomer. She has been professionally grooming for 19 years and is the owner of LesMare Pet Spa in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Leslie was the recipient of the coveted Jerry Schinberg Award in 2023 for her Creative Grooming. She has been nominated for Creative Groomer of the year by the Barkleigh Honor Awards every year since starting her competitive career 8 years ago. She has accumulated multiple wins and placements in both Abstract design and Creative Grooming. In 2021 Leslie and her creative dogs Secret and Rhyme were blessed with an undefeated competition season in both classes of Creative and Abstract. She has also been recognized as a Creative Grooming Master by the Opawz company and her work has been published in Fashion Pet by Opawz. She and her dog Secret were pictured in VOGUE with their 2021 Cinderella Creative design win in Pasadena, CA. Leslie also received the honor of winning the cover of Groomer to Groomer magazine with her dog Sterling and their 2018 design. Leslie is truly passionate about the art of dog grooming, especially, the creative and abstract sides.
