Nicole Kallish is a seasoned pet grooming professional, educator, and industry leader with over 20 years of experience. As the Director of Grooming Sales & Marketing at Pet Palette Distribution, she focuses on connecting groomers with the products, brands, and education that help them thrive. Nicole’s work centers on building programs that support the grooming community and drive growth within the professional category.
Before joining Pet Palette, Nicole served as Global Education Manager – Animal at Andis Company, where she developed international education programs, led global teams, and expanded the brand’s presence through training and marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, she owned and operated Sarasota Grooming Company and Doggy Detailers Mobile Grooming, both respected grooming businesses known for quality and care.
A former competitive groomer, Nicole now serves as a grooming contest judge and industry speaker, sharing her experience with aspiring professionals. She is also active in the AKC show world, where she breeds, trains, and exhibits Bichon Frises and Miniature Poodles.
Nicole’s lifelong passion for grooming excellence and animal care continues to guide her work and inspire groomers across the industry.
